KingPavonini Adult Portable Bed Rails Recall Program – November 26, 2025
Since our founding, KingPavonini has been committed to creating safe, dependable, and thoughtfully designed products for families. We rigorously evaluate our products to ensure they meet our high standards and support the well-being of our consumers.
In collaboration with the CPSC, we have voluntarily recalled the following KingPavonini Adult Portable Bed Rail models: BC-CBJ-X, BC-CBJ, BC-LDFS-X, LDFS-SSK, 04-BC-LDFS, and BC-LDFS. (Please see the images at the end of this article.) The recalled bed rails violate the mandatory federal safety standard for adult portable bed rails because when attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.
These products were sold on Amazon.com between June 2024 and May 2025. Our priority is to help affected consumers take prompt and safe steps to address this issue.
We are encouraging consumers who purchased these bed rails to immediately stop using the product. Please follow the instructions provided on this page to complete the recall process.
Consumers can submit photos of the disabled/marked bed rail components to receive a full refund or free replacement. Please click the “Recall Information Submission” at the top of this page and follow the instructions. The form will ask for your name, address, and a photo showing the disassembled and marked components as directed. Once submitted, your remedy will be processed within 2–3 weeks.
